2. Custom Build Orders
All custom PC systems are built to order based on your selected configuration.
Submitting a configuration form does not constitute a purchase.
A final quote will be provided via email before any payment is required.

3. Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

4. Build Times
Build times vary depending on system complexity and component availability.
Estimated build times will be provided where possible but are not guaranteed.

5. Component Availability
If a selected component becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an equivalent or better alternative.
You will be notified of any significant changes before proceeding.

6. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Component prices may fluctuate due to market conditions.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if not accepted promptly.

7. Payment
Full payment is required before any system is built or dispatched.
We do not begin work on custom systems until payment has been confirmed.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We use trusted courier services for all shipments.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

9. Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers must ensure a safe delivery location and inspect items upon arrival.

10. Damaged or Missing Items
Any damage or missing items must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
We will investigate and resolve issues with the courier where applicable.

11. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Supplier shortages
Courier issues
Events outside our control
