How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Standard builds typically take 5–10 working days from order confirmation to dispatch. This ensures adequate time for precision assembly and rigorous stress testing.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, all Igloo systems are shipped via premium couriers with full tracking and insurance. You will receive progress updates at every stage of the transit.

Are your PCs tested for thermal performance?
Absolutely. Every build undergoes 24-hour stress testing to ensure stable temperatures and peak performance even under intensive gaming loads.
What operating system comes pre-installed?
All systems come with Windows 11 Home pre-installed and activated. We also ensure all latest drivers and BIOS updates are applied before shipping.

What is your standard warranty period?
Igloo PCs include a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. We pride ourselves on transparent and efficient support.
Can I return my PC if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return window for untampered systems in their original packaging. Please contact support to initiate a return request.
